Processing Times

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

• You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery option.

• Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • UK: 2–5 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (depending on customs and local carriers)

Please note: delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Delays & Customs

• We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the courier, customs checks, or circumstances outside our control.

• International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by their local authorities.

Lost or Damaged Packages

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We will arrange a replacement where applicable.

• We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the courier.

Wrong Shipping Address

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
