Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

In the same condition you received it.

Opened or used card games cannot be returned for hygiene and product integrity reasons.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at admin@blanksandbangs.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
